March’s Celestial Secrets, Inner Peace & a Trip to Uranus
Published 4 months ago • 4 min read
Hello Reader,
March is here, and with it comes a sky drenched in wonder, an invitation to stillness, and a conversation that might stretch the edges of what you believe.
The Blood Moon Over Sydney – A Night of Power
Sydney is about to witness a breathtaking Blood Moon, and this isn’t just another celestial event—it’s a cosmic reset. The lunar eclipse brings an opportunity for release, transformation, and clarity. Mark your calendars because this is when you’ll want to step outside, bathe in the moon’s energy, and set your intentions.
📅 When to Watch ⏳ Exact timing: March 14, 2025 (7:13 pm to 7:47 pm) 👁 You will see: As the moon ascends, it will don a subtle crimson cloak, showing Earth's shadow painting its surface. This ethereal display will last approximately 33 minutes, from moonrise at 7:13 pm until the partial eclipse concludes at 7:47 pm. This is not the time to doom scroll on your IG, please. 🔮 What to Do Under the Blood Moon:
Let go of old ways that don’t bring joy, such as controlling loved ones or others or feeling important. Earth is a school of difficult experiences and learning. Write them down, and then burn the paper as a symbolic release.
Meditate or practice self-hypnosis (you know I have you covered if you need help with that).
Charge your crystals and set powerful intentions for the year ahead.
Finding Your Calm in the Chaos
Last time, we discussed narcissism—how to spot it and protect your energy. This week, let's flip the script and discuss how to find stillness even in the whirlwind of life.
The world is loud. The mind, even louder. But peace isn’t found outside of you—it’s cultivated within. Here’s how:
☁️ Breathe First, React Later: Before responding to stress, take three deep breaths. It’s a micro-reset for your nervous system. 🌿 The 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique
Name 5 things you see,
4 you can touch,
3 you hear,
2 you smell, and
1 you taste.
It brings you back to the present.
🧘♀️ Hypnosis for Peace: A single session can help your mind learn to embrace calmness, even in chaos. Book a session with me here.
Solfeggio Relaxation Music – Tune into Healing Frequencies
Let’s talk sound therapy. Ever felt the instant calm of a song, like it just knows how to fix you? Well, Solfeggio frequencies take that concept and turn it up to 11.
There are 9 Solfeggio frequencies, each linked to a different kind of healing. Some clear energy blockages, some enhance intuition, and some might just make your dog sit in full lotus pose (no guarantees, but hey, it could happen).
Let it play in the background for a full cycle—3 hours! I know that is a commitment, but it works—it's just pure, healing sound waves. Let the resonance wash over you, dissolving the old and ushering in a newfound clarity as you rediscover the profound healing power of sound.
You will feel the shift in your energy. It’s subtle but powerful.

🚀 Buckle up, Earthlings (or not?)—We’re Leaving the Planet!
If your belief system is clinging to the idea that we’re alone in the universe, this is your stop. Please exit in an orderly fashion. No hard feelings. We’ll wave from the stars.
But for the ETs, Starseeds, and cosmic wanderers—welcome! 🌌 Did you know our solar system actually has 40 living planets? Yep, living! One went kaboom a few million years ago (RIP, buddy), but we’ll save that drama for another time.
For now, let’s take a little detour… to Uranus! 🪐 (Yes, I said it. Keep it together, folks.) Who's ready for an intergalactic adventure? 🚀✨
Not my image, but I couldn't resist :)
A Day with an Extraterrestrial – Lou Baldin’s Mind-Bending Insights
Alright, let’s get a little weird (in the best way possible). If your belief system isn’t ready for this, feel free to skip this part. But if you’ve ever gazed up at the night sky and felt—deep down—that we’re not alone… keep reading.
Lou Baldin isn’t your average author. Some hate his courage in exposing what he knows. I have read a few of his books. They are fun, sometimes heavy, insightful, and hold much knowledge. Some of the scenes coincide with my own experience of being under QHHT. He visited 'my home star'- ⭐️.
Fact, fiction or fact disguised as fiction or a total fantasy... the choice is yours. This book was quite a romp through our Solar system. He speaks of encounters and realities that challenge everything we know. And here’s a little nugget for you: we are not the only planet with humans. In fact, Earth humans live on Uranus. And they’re… not great. Kind of like that one cousin, we all pretend we don’t have.
His book? Absolutely addictive. You might start reading it for fun, and then, next thing you know, you're spiralling into existential thoughts at 2 am, wondering why the history books left this out. If you want to dive deeper into Lou’s work, check him out here: Yep, UFO and ETs are real. A lot of what you and I have been taught is incorrect. The sooner we make room for the truth, the easier and more fun-filled our earthly journey will become.
Next time, I promise to share another mind-bending book that will stretch your imagination in ways you didn’t think possible. Trust me, the universe is full of jaw-dropping information—some of it even makes sense!
In the meantime, do yourself a favour: the next time the night sky is clear, hop in your car, escape the city lights, and find a dark spot with a view. Look up. The cosmos is throwing a spectacular show every night—no ticket required! Shooting stars, planets, maybe even a cheeky UFO if you’re lucky.
There’s so much to explore, so much to see. Keep your eyes open, your mind curious, and your faith strong—you will witness the magic. 🌌✨🚀
