Unmasking the Real Magic in Life: ¸

23-NORTH Hypnotherapy

March 2025, Part II

Dear Reader,

So here we are — somewhere between the full moon hangover and the next big life lesson, trying to figure out if we’re thriving, surviving, or just quietly disassociating while stirring our herbal tea.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about this idea of success. Not the loud, shiny kind that gets you LinkedIn likes or awkward family nods — but the quieter kind. The kind you feel in your bones when the noise dies down. The kind that doesn’t need a trophy — maybe just a nap and a feeling of “yeah… I’m okay.

So naturally, I started writing about it. Because why have a quiet epiphany when you can turn it into an emotional TED Talk in your journal?

Let’s talk about spiritual success — not the woo-woo version that makes you feel like you need to buy three more amethyst towers and a robe — but the grounded, cheeky, this-is-actually-doable kind.

What the Heck Is Spiritual Success, Anyway?

Spoiler alert: Spiritual success isn’t levitating mid-meditation or reading your aura in a café mirror. Though hey, if that’s your thing, no shade — just don’t spill your matcha. It’s way less sexy than that. It’s trusting yourself. Loving your gloriously messy, emotionally complex, beautifully human self.

Because healing? It doesn’t always look like angel numbers and sunset rituals. Sometimes it looks like crying in the shower, then emerging like a soggy mystic with a snack in hand. It’s not always grand or Instagrammable. More often than not, it’s made of small, quiet, “dull as dishwater” moments — choosing peace, setting a boundary, saying no without explaining yourself.

And that, my friend, is where the real magic lives. Lets explore these 5 little gems then, shall we.

Peace over perfection
You’ve stopped trying to upgrade yourself like an iPhone and started accepting the glorious hot mess you already are. Enlightenment? It’s just learning to sit with your feelings without trying to sage them away.

Authentic alignment
You say no — without a 400-word essay, an apology, or a fake smile.
You wear the crystals because they catch the light and your mood, not because someone said it would “activate your crown.
You stop pretending to like quinoa. You realise kombucha actually tastes like regret. You don’t perform your spirituality — you live it. Messy. Honest. No incense required.

Living with purpose
You're no longer chasing a grand cosmic mission that involves saving the whales, joining the next gee-whiz spiritual summit, or moon-dancing in a silk robe. Instead, you just follow what feels aligned — be it kindness, creativity, or a weird pull to start a worm farm. (Who knows? Your soul might be into compost.)

Resilience wrapped in grace
You don’t bounce back — you glide back. Sure, maybe with snacks and a tear or two, but you do it with a kind of soft strength that screams, “I’ve done shadow work, and I’ve got the receipts.

Connection over collection
You’d rather have deep chats under fairy lights than own a third Himalayan salt lamp. Your love language is quality time, not collecting yet another spiritual toolkit you’ll never use (looking at you, moon water bottle).

Stillness that speaks
You’ve learned to be still. Not in a “floating six inches off the ground” way — more like, “I can sit in silence without checking Instagram every 3.2 minutes.” That’s soul-growth. No glitter bombs, no fanfare — just you, levelling up like a quiet badass.

Messy, Magic, and Mostly on Purpose

It’s when your outer life starts reflecting your inner peace.
When you trust your own weird, wise self more than your TikTok algorithm. When you stop searching or seeking affirmation.

Because you are the damn vibe!

Alright, soul fam — pick your poison:

Which one are you vibing with this week?
Reply with A, B, C, D or E (or F if you're off the rails and proud). 😇

A) I meditated for 6 minutes before rage-scrolling. Still counts. Namaste-ish.
B) I said “no” to someone and didn’t explain myself. Power move. Main character energy.
C) Had a breakdown, rebranded it as a breakthrough, and now I’m giving advice.
D) I didn’t do any healing this week but I did deep-clean my kitchen out of spite.
E) Accidentally channeled my ex's energy. Cleansed with wine and blocked him (again).
F) I asked the Universe for a sign and he ghosted me. Rude!

Your Soul’s Stuck in a Group Chat It’s Trying to Leave

Here’s the thing — the magic isn’t in manifesting a yacht or decoding angel numbers at 3 am. It’s in accepting what shows up… with a sly smile and maybe an eye-roll, sure, but still — a smile.

Sometimes life throws you the same crusty lesson on repeat — same toxic partners, same flaky friends, same boss with the emotional range of a teaspoon. Why? Because you’ve got a spiritual upgrade pending… and it won’t process until you hit surrender instead of fight mode.

You can resist it, overanalyse it, or angrily journal about it with glitter pens — and stay stuck on that level like a Sims character in crisis.

Or,

you can lean in, ask “What’s this here to teach me?”, collect the wisdom like the cosmic baddie you are, and move on to something bigger, brighter, and way less annoying.

The choice? Always yours.
But let’s be honest — aren’t you a little tired of the reruns?

Channelling equal parts spirit guide and slightly judgy bestie as I write this 😌✨ (sage in one hand and sass in the other)

Next time the Universe serves you the same ol’ lesson on a silver platter, just wink and say, “Not today, cosmic copy-paste.” 😏

So if life keeps handing you the same story with different characters, don’t just sit there rereading it. Highlight the lesson, dog-ear the page, and graduate to the next damn chapter. You’re not here to repeat patterns — you’re here to break them, bless them, and boss up.

The lesson isn’t to be perfect. It’s to be aware.
And awareness? That’s the moment everything starts to shift.

Go gently — but don’t go in circles.
You’ve got bigger stories to live.

Tears Were Shed, Souls Were Stirred, and Fresha Got Ghosted

To everyone who showed up, lay down, opened up, sobbed, laughed, whispered to their higher self, or just took a chance on something unknown — thank you.

All 27 of my free QHHT sessions are now booked out, and I’ve also given away over 35 clinical hypnotherapy sessions with zero money transaction. Yes, my calendar needs a nap and so do I. And honestly? My heart is full, my soul is stretched, and my tissue box, empty.

I’ve cried with you (silently, strategically — you never saw it). I’ve felt your pain in my bones, in my gut, in that strange spot behind the heart where words don’t reach. Through your tears came breakthroughs. Doorways. Soul-level healing.

You cracked open — and I held space like it was sacred. Because it is.

If I haven’t said it outright: I’m clairsentient and clairvoyant. So when you pour out your story, I don’t just hear it — I feel it. Every. Damn. Bit.
And let me tell you… you’ve shown me things most people never say out loud.

Deep. Raw. Radiant.
I know it.
And I know, you know, I know. ✨

And through those tears? Magic. Healing. Breakthroughs. Cosmic plot twists. I’ve watched you rise. I’ve witnessed doorways open for you. For us.

Your trust has been my greatest gift. And now, as we move forward, my free sessions have wrapped — it’s back to normal pricing from here. But nothing about this work is “normal,” and neither are you.

Thank you for letting me walk beside you, even for a moment. ❤️

I am so grateful for your trust — and if you’ve had a session and felt something shift, every little review helps. You can leave a Google review right here — just click “Write a Review.” It’s a small gesture with a big ripple. 💫 🙏

A quick heads-up: the Fresha booking system and I are consciously uncoupling (she was high-maintenance). From mid-April, I’ll be moving to a simpler, more aligned way to book sessions. But don’t worry — everything else stays the same. You, me, the work, the breakthroughs. Just… with less clicking and fewer pop-ups.

Thank you for being part of this wild, wonderful ride. 🛸
We’re only just warming up.

You are stardust. You are power. Your thoughts shape your world.
You’ve been hypnotised your whole life — by society, by fear, by inherited stories that were never truly yours.
Hypnotherapy? It’s just you, finally taking the wheel and rewriting your own damn script.

With love and light,
Amit Karmakar
